During the entire transaction period, we will be divided into “Joint Period“, “Pre-order Period” and “Transfer Period“.
Collect all buyers who want to buy during this period. Order process from online order form only, but there is no need to pay at all. If the amount of the purchase is insufficient before the deadline, we will notify the customers who have already applied for it- The activity is terminated. On the contrary, we will go through the “Pre-order period” when the combined purchase quantity is reached.
During this period, our staff will contact the buyer to pay a 50% deposit to confirm an order. If the buyer does not pay the deposit during the pre-order period, it is regarded as “Abandon”. If more than 10% of the buyers abandoned, we will declare the activity “Terminate” and refund the deposit to the buyer who has paid.
After the lead time provided by the manufacturer to process the product is the transfer period. When the factory finishes the product and arranges for delivery, we will contact the customer to pay the remaining 50% balance. If the buyer cancels the order at this time, the deposit cannot be refunded.
